Welcome! You are about to enter the online application form of the Call for Proposals of the Trade for Development Centre (TDC) targeting Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME) or Producer’s Organisations (PO) to reinforce the capacities in terms of sustainability and decent work (climate resilience, respect for human rights, consideration of gender aspects, etc.), management (financial, organisational, governance) and marketing (positioning, market access, communication, sales).
Before completing the form, please read the content and rule for the current call very carefully. This document contains important and useful information which will guide you and increase the chances of your application form being selected.
You can register on the top-right of this page (or sign in if you already have a Submit.com account). Once you have registered (or signed in) you can enter the application form by clicking on the ‘apply’ button on the right.
Whilst filling in the application form, you will be asked to both fill-in an online form and upload documents. Templates are provided within the webform. You can confirm your answer and navigate between the different pages by using the 'next' and 'back' buttons at the bottom of each page.
Your draft webform will automatically be saved all along the process, so you can leave the application form at any time and return afterwards. Attention! Once you have submitted your application, it can't be modified anymore.
Our assessment process is extremely rigorous and selective. We therefore recommend that you read our guidelines very carefully and provide the most comprehensive information possible in the application form.
ATTENTION: Please note that it will not be possible to submit your application after the deadline, which is set for Tuesday 22 Juillet 2025 at 23.59 (Brussels time). We strongly advise you not to wait until the last day or the last minute, and to anticipate possible power cuts, variations in the quality of the Internet connection, bad weather preventing you from reaching areas to send your application, etc.
Only organisations that meet the following criteria are eligible for this call for applications. Other applications form will be rejected. Your organisation must:
- Be a legal entity;
- Be a private organisation;
- Have been a legal entity for at least 2 years;
- Have financial statements for the last two years;
- Be a Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with a social purpose which do not exceed the definition of a medium-sized enterprise, or producer’s organisations (POs);
- Be active in the cocoa, coffee and/or cashew nut sectors;
- Be established in one of the following countries:
for the sectors cocoa, coffee, or cashew nut: Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea, Mali, Mozambique, Senegal, Tanzania or Uganda.
for the cocoa sector: Côte d'Ivoire or Ghana
for the coffee sector: Ethiopia or Kenya
