Description

Welcome to this platform!
You are about to access the online application form for the Call for Proposals under the DeSIRA+ initiative, where rigorously tested and validated agroecological innovations are being scaled up in Rwanda.

Before filling out the form, we invite you to carefully read the Guidelines related to the current call. This document contains important and very useful information. We strongly recommend following them closely to maximize your chances of having your proposal selected.

Next, go to the top right of this page to log in or sign in (if you have already created a Submit.com account). To access the application form, click the “Apply” button in the box on the right and follow the instructions.

In the application form, you will be asked to both complete an online form and upload documents. Templates for the required documents are provided within the form. You can confirm your answers and navigate between pages using the “Next” and “Back” buttons at the bottom of each page. To submit completed documents, please use the upload functions on the relevant pages.

Your form will be automatically saved throughout the process. The application saves a draft version, so you can exit the form at any time and return later. Please note: once you submit your application, it can no longer be modified.

The Call for Proposals takes place in two rounds. In the first round, we will assess your eligibility, management capacity, and how well your proposal aligns with the objectives of the call. Proposals selected in the first round will be invited to submit a more detailed description in the second round.

Our evaluation process is extremely rigorous and selective. We recommend that you read our Guidelines carefully and provide the most complete information possible in the application form.

Please find here the recording of the information session of December 12, 2025
The Q&A of this CfP is available on Enabel's website.
